Your plan includes a number of drafts per billing cycle. A draft is one RFP that Clarido writes for you.
What uses a draft
A draft is used the first time Clarido writes text into an RFP, whether from The plan, a section in The draft or a regeneration. Before taking it, Clarido asks you to confirm. If Clarido could not write anything, nothing is counted.
It happens once per RFP. After that, you can complete and revise that RFP without using another, even in later months, even for an addendum.
Analyses, positioning and the decision, the schedule and the fees, and Word and PowerPoint exports never count.
The cycle
Your plan's counter starts over on the anniversary date of your subscription, shown in Settings, under Plan & Billing. Unused drafts from your plan do not carry over to the next cycle.
One more draft
A subscribed firm can buy a draft once its plan's drafts are used. An admin buys it, since the purchase charges the firm's card. Its price is on the pricing page. It is valid 12 months, as long as the firm is subscribed. Clarido uses it after your plan's drafts.
Clarido may also give you drafts. They are valid 12 months, subscribed or not, and an email lets the firm's admins know.
Who launches, and where to see the balance
Any member of the firm can launch a draft. The number of members is not limited. Settings, under Plan & Billing, shows how many you have left and who launched each one. The header of each RFP also says "Draft not used yet" or "Draft used for this RFP". Clarido lets you know when you have one left, then when you have none.
Once your plan is used up
RFPs already drafted keep working, whether you complete them, revise them, regenerate them or bring in an addendum. The plan for a new RFP, analyses, exports and your whole library stay available. To draft a new RFP, a subscribed firm buys a draft, changes plan or waits for the next cycle to begin.
