Admissibility

Clarido reads the whole RFP and pulls out the conditions that decide whether your firm is allowed to bid. Nothing is settled for you, because every condition arrives To verify and waits for your answer.

What you see

The banner asks Can you submit? and counts your Conditions, the ones that are Met, the ones still To verify, the ones To do, and the ones you declared Blocking. No condition is blocking until you say so.

Conditions are sorted into three sections, because they don't call for the same move. What your firm must hold decides whether you may bid at all. What you must enclose with the bid isn't verified, it's produced. What you commit to if you win asks nothing of you before the award.

Every card carries the exact passage from the RFP, opened with view next to the text. When the same obligation is stated in several places, the card says so under Also covers: and shows every excerpt.

At the foot of the screen, Perimeter examined: names the families of conditions that were searched, and No requirement found for: the ones that came back empty. On an RFP too long to read in one pass, Clarido states how much of it was examined.

What you can do

Answer condition by condition. We have this marks it met. Not yet opens two follow-ups, either I'll add it before submitting or We can't. Change takes back an answer you already gave.

Whatever you set aside lands in the To do before submitting list at the foot of the screen, where I have it now closes the condition in one click. If a submission date is on file, the person who flagged the condition gets a reminder 7, 3 and 1 day before the deadline.

If you know of a requirement the RFP didn't state plainly, Add a condition records it by hand.

What Clarido keeps

Your answers stay attached to the proposal, and a re-read of the RFP never erases them. When an answer says something durable about your firm (an accreditation, an insurance policy, a geographic footprint), Clarido keeps it and says so under Kept for your firm. Your next bid will arrive with this answer. On the next RFP, that condition arrives with Your firm already answered: and an Apply button. Undo removes the deposit.

An applied addendum re-runs the reading and re-asks the conformity answers, but leaves what you marked To do untouched.
