Review

The Review reads your proposal before you file it. It produces two readings that do not replace each other, requirements compliance and the evaluator's perspective.

What you see

On the first visit the screen states its perimeter before running anything. Source picks what will be read, The Clarido draft or My Word version, and the sentence below says how many sections and how many requirements will be examined. Start review · 1–2 min launches the reading, which keeps running even if you leave the screen.

The result opens on two lenses. Evaluator's view reads you criterion by criterion, with the position held (Stands out, Adequate, At risk, Not yet), the points at stake, what it notices, what it does not find, and the question it will be left with. There is no overall score, because adding it up would produce an invented number. Where something is missing, What you already have searches your projects, your people, your methodologies and your signature mechanisms, and says so too when it finds nothing.

Compliance sorts the requirements into Missing, Don't Forget, Thinly covered and Addressed, each one linking to the section where it belongs.

What you can do

• Fix the evaluation grid with Correct the grid when a weighting was misread. Your corrections are kept, and a new extraction will not overwrite them.
• Tick the reminders you verified yourself, such as dates and documents to attach.
• Run the reading again. As soon as the proposal changes, the review is marked Outdated and Re-run redoes it.
• Check the file you are actually going to send with Verify final. The .docx is not stored, it is read then deleted, and only the report stays.

What Clarido keeps

The report stays with the proposal, together with the date of the last review and the perimeter it covered. The grid you corrected becomes what the evaluator relies on.
