The draft

The draft is the proposal itself. Sections follow the plan's order, each opening into its own editor, and Clarido writes from your library and the RFP, never from a blank page.

What you see

Your section list. An empty section says where its material will come from: Generate when Clarido can write it, Write manually if you would rather type, Browse library when what it needs already exists.

At the top of the document, a line reminds you that your directions for the whole offer apply. Unfold it to reread them; Edit takes you back to the plan, the only place they are written, and stays available even when the direction is empty. A direction left empty is said to be empty, never replaced by the proposal you erased; a text Clarido still proposes is flagged as such.

Three counts say where the document stands: written, still to come, and needing you. Each section then carries who produces it — Clarido writes, you insert, you supply, a tool proposes, the workshop builds — then its state: being written, waiting on its sources with a count of those written, ready to generate, or out of date, naming what changed — for Methodology, the plan itself, whose Regenerate leads to the workshop. A piece you supply says when it has no document; an insertion section names the annex it feeds.

The right-hand panel carries Details and Requirements; the second ties the RFP's requirements to the open section. After a compliance review, each section also shows To cover in this section.

In the margin, instructions stay next to the passage they point at. Written before a full regeneration, an instruction becomes orphaned: readable, but it never goes out again.

What you can do

• Rename, reorder, add or remove a section.
• Generate a section, or Regenerate from its state line. If you had edited the text, Clarido asks before replacing it, and the previous text stays restorable.
• Insert people and past projects from the library: what you kept earlier is already checked under What you kept.
• Open the Clarido panel from the document header. The Apply to pill says what it works on — passage, open section or whole document except the schedule and financial proposal — and you can change it by hand. Every request becomes a dated instruction; the turn's log says what changed, with Undo all.
• Leave instructions in several places, then spend them at once with Rewrite. See what goes to Clarido shows what is sent.
• Export when the document is ready.

What Clarido keeps

The text of each section is the truth of the offer. Every instruction stays in memory, dated, filed under its section, with its verdict and its reason. Requirement coverage follows what you actually wrote.
