Methodology

Methodology is built in a three-step workshop — Prepare, Adjust the plan, Write — where your approach and signature mechanisms are fitted to what this RFP scores. The third step's text is the Methodology section's: one text, two surroundings.

What you see

In the first step, What Clarido read in the mandate recalls the weight of the section and the facts already established elsewhere in the path. It is read-only, and when an upstream step has never run it names the hole and links to it.

Then come the two things that drive the quality of this section, Your approach and Your signature mechanisms, both drawn from your library. Nothing is pre-checked on the mechanisms side, because checking one is exactly the judgement that puts it forward. Context documents now live in The plan; the workshop shows the count and takes you there. You can set An accent to set. The What Will Be Used panel lists exactly the sources that will be read.

In the second step the plan reads as two blocks, Why this plan and The phases. Each phase carries its objective, its key activities and its deliverable, with a badge when it comes From your approach or From a signature mechanism. Coverage of scored criteria flags any criterion left without a phase.

In the third step the coverage rail carries its date: it examines what the generation produced, and says when the text has moved since.

What you can do

• Adjust a phase with the pencil (Adjust this phase), remove it with the bin, drag it, insert one with Add a phase.
• Enter a duration with + duration. Clarido never invents one.
• Ask for a rewrite with Refine with Clarido, then accept or reject the proposed changes before they apply.
• Open Plan history to go back to an earlier version.
• Export the plan as a Word document for team review from Export, then bring it back with Import Methodology Plan, which shows a before and after.
• Regenerate, from the workshop or from the section's state line. If you had edited the text by hand, Clarido says so and asks before replacing it — and the previous text stays restorable.

What Clarido keeps

The plan and every revision stay with the proposal, and criterion coverage is recounted after each change. Save to library files the plan in My Content as a reusable methodology for future bids.
