Do I need to configure everything before creating my first project?

Accepted Answer

Technically no — you can create a project and upload documents right away. But we strongly recommend setting up at least the firm profile, one or two bios, and a few reference projects first. Without this data, OptimMetho, Team, and Assembly modules will produce generic results.

Can multiple people work on the same project?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite colleagues from Settings → Members in your organization. Each member can access the same projects and work on modules in parallel. Clarido shows who last modified each module and when (e.g., 'Modified by Marie · 2h ago'), so teams coordinate naturally without simultaneous editing — just like a shared document.

Does Clarido work for private RFPs, not just public tenders?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clarido adapts its extraction based on the document type — it handles formal public tenders as well as client briefs or less structured private RFPs.

Can I add documents after starting the project?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time. Go to the Documents tab and drop your new files. If it's an addendum, Clarido detects changes and guides you through the review flow before integrating them. If it's an appendix, it's analyzed and additional requirements are added to your list.

Can the AI miss requirements?

Yes, it's possible — especially for implicit requirements, cross-references, or poorly formatted documents. Clarido runs a second discovery pass to reduce omissions, but your validation remains essential.

What if a requirement is miscategorized or incorrect?

Click on the requirement and directly edit the text, category, or priority. You can also reject a badly extracted requirement and add one manually.

How does deduplication work?

Accepted Answer

After extraction, Clarido compares all requirements across all documents in the project. Near-identical requirements are grouped — the system considers meaning, not just exact text. You choose which version to keep.

Are results different for English documents?

No. Clarido handles French and English documents with the same precision. Extracted requirements are displayed in the language of the original document.

Yes. Your documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is strictly limited to your organization.

No. Your documents are never used to train models. They are analyzed only within the scope of your project.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your projects during this period. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
