What counts as a draft?
A draft is one RFP for which Clarido produces the first draft of your proposal. It is used the first time Clarido writes text into that RFP. After that, you can complete and revise it without using another, even in later months, even for an addendum. If Clarido could not write anything, nothing is counted.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every firm starts with a 14-day free trial, with 1 free draft for one complete RFP, methodology included. If you subscribe afterwards, that RFP stays free to complete and revise. No credit card required.
Why aren't analyses counted as drafts?
Because you analyse far more RFPs than you bid on. We don't want you to hesitate before opening one. And every analysis sheet stays in your memory, even if you pass.
Do I pay for each member of my team?
No. The price is per firm. Invite your partners, project managers and experts at no extra cost.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I use all my drafts for the month?
Clarido lets you know when you have one draft left, then when you have none. For a new RFP, a subscribed firm can then buy a draft, move up a plan or wait for the next cycle to begin. RFPs already drafted, analyses and exports keep working.
Do unused drafts carry over?
Your plan's drafts don't, because the counter starts over at each billing cycle, on your subscription's anniversary date. A purchased draft is valid 12 months, as long as you're subscribed. A draft given by Clarido is valid 12 months, subscribed or not.
