This is the one gate in the flow, and it belongs to you. Clarido assembles what you need in order to decide, then records your call, without computing a probability, scoring the file, or recommending anything.

What you see

The banner asks Should you bid? If conditions are still unmet or unconfirmed, it says so in one line, with Review eligibility to go back to them.

Three blocks prepare the call. How the contract will be awarded states the rule read in this RFP, with the passage that carries it. When a weighted grid is published, each criterion appears at its real point value alongside how strong your proof is (Strong proof, Thin proof or No proof). That verdict rests on your Positioning; without it the column stays empty rather than claiming something unbacked.

Comparable mandates situates this one among your own past work, with Your comparable mandate, Amount and Outcome. Those figures come from your library, never from an estimate. If there are too few comparables to situate anything, the screen says so and offers Add past work.

The offer to produce recalls the imposed format, the page limit if there is one, and the state of each required element (Available, To produce or Missing). To produce is what your firm writes itself for this offer, such as a methodology or a price form, not something you lack. An element whose state is uncertain is shown Missing, so that you go and check.

What you can do

Decide. Your decision offers three outcomes, none of them pre-selected. Yes, we bid carries the flow on. No, we pass stops the proposal and files it among your stopped bids. Not yet lets you name, under What would lift the doubt, what has to be settled before you resume.

Your note is optional, then Record the decision seals it. Nothing forces you to wait for Clarido's preparation, because the decision stays available even when the three blocks aren't ready.

What Clarido keeps

The decision is recorded with your note, the date, and The state of the file that day, a snapshot of the eligibility conditions, the award method, the criteria with no proof, and the comparables as they stood when you decided. Regenerating the blocks later does not rewrite that snapshot.

Back to the decision reopens the gate, and the new decision is added to the history instead of erasing the previous one. A bid put on hold climbs back onto your home screen carrying your own doubt in your own words.
