The Clients library holds what your firm knows about each buying organization. Clarido uses this context to tailor how each proposal is written for every client.
What it's for
What you learned about a client over three tenders usually lives nowhere but in the head of whoever lived it. The record makes it readable, and above all reusable at the moment of writing.
Adding or importing
New client opens a record in four sections. Identity holds the name, the Acronym shown in lists, the Sector, and the Relationship type. Strategy takes the Strategic priorities, the Operational issues and priorities, the Lessons from past proposals, and the Decision criteria to emphasize. Voice & tone sets the Communication style. Vocabulary lists the Preferred terms and Banned terms specific to this client.
The record saves as you type and shows Saved just now. A record still too thin carries a Needs info badge. The Projects section lets you Link projects from your past-project library to this client.
What Clarido does with it
Inside a proposal workspace, the context bar carries the client picker: linking the proposal to the right buyer is what puts the record at Clarido's disposal. Strategic priorities then let Clarido echo the client's own language back in your executive summary, and the record's vocabulary applies to generated sections on top of the one set in your Firm Profile. The record itself is read and edited in the Clients library.
Good to know
- The record also shows your Active proposals, the Next deadline, and the Win rate via Clarido, which counts only tenders managed inside Clarido.
- If your organization has connected HubSpot or Zoho under Integrations, you can Link to HubSpot or Link to Zoho on an existing client, or pre-fill its identity from a CRM account. The strategic context still stays yours to write.
- Deleting a client is irreversible. Linked proposals keep the client name in their text but lose the structured link.
