Firm Profile

The Firm Profile holds what your firm is, what it can do, and how it writes. Clarido draws on it every time it drafts something for you.

What it's for

Every proposal repeats the same facts about you: who you are, since when, in which sectors, with which accreditations. You enter them once, in French and English, and stop rewriting them.

Adding or importing

The form is split into eight sections, listed in the left rail: Firm Description, Firm Vitals, Sectors & Expertise, Regions & Languages, Certifications & Accreditations, Distinctive Approaches & Commitments, Tone & Writing Style, and Contact Information.

You work one language at a time using the FR / EN toggle. A field filled on one side only is translated automatically when you Save Changes, and Compare FR/EN opens both versions side by side for proofreading.

Under Tone & Writing Style, you pick Your firm's voice from three samples of the same paragraph, then answer How do you refer to yourself?. You can then add Preferred terms, Banned terms, and Specific rules, one per line.

What Clarido does with it

The profile travels with every piece of generated text: methodology, proposal sections, summaries. Banned terms and Preferred terms apply in both languages. Specific rules win over the chosen voice whenever the two disagree. Your certifications and professional association memberships surface in qualification sections, because evaluation grids ask for them separately.

Good to know

• The Firm memory card keeps what Clarido retained from your answers to admissibility conditions. Each fact accepts a Valid until date, and an expired one is marked lapsed. These facts are suggested on your next tenders, never applied without you.
• A field left empty stays empty. Clarido never fills a gap with an invented sentence; it works with what the profile actually holds.
• Reset profile clears every field. Your in-progress proposals are untouched.
