My Team

My Team keeps one dossier per person: career history, degrees, skills, certifications, languages. This is where Clarido looks to decide who to put forward on a tender, and what to write about them.

What it's for

Your firm's CVs sit in Word files with a dozen different layouts. Once read and structured, they become comparable, searchable, and reusable without copy-paste.

Adding or importing

Add Member offers two routes: Upload Resume or Create Manually. For several people at once, use Upload Résumés and drop up to twenty PDF or Word files.

Clarido reads each résumé, then you open Review Import. You proofread and correct section by section: Identity, Current role, Education, Skills, Certifications, Languages, Degrees, Professional experience, and Projects found. Unchecking a line is enough to leave it out. If the name already exists, Clarido asks whether it's the same person before writing anything.

A résumé re-uploaded onto an existing profile offers two behaviours. Update the existing profile protects what is already filled and completes only the gaps. Replace CV, from the profile itself, has you review the combined data before it replaces the current dossier.

What Clarido does with it

The Experience & education narrative, kept in French and English, is its main source. On a proposal, Clarido draws a roughly 150-word bio from it, tailored to the mandate and written in the project's language. If a Word CV is attached to the member, it is inserted as-is into Annex C — Full CVs of the Service Proposal, with its original formatting intact.

Good to know

• The profile rail marks each section Complete, To fill in, or Optional, and flags values that exist in one language only. A value with no translation stays invisible in proposals written in the other language.
• Employment status separates current employees from former ones. Mark as departed keeps the person in the library and in project history, but Clarido will never propose them on a bid again.
• A profile with no CV and no narrative shows Incomplete profile. It stays linked to its projects, but no bio can be drawn from it.
• A person's Allocation percentage on an engagement is entered on the project record, in Past Projects.
