Organization and Members

The Settings screen opens from your avatar, top right. It gathers your account, the members of your organization, and the notices Clarido sends you.

Your account

The Profile section shows your Email and lets you change your Name. Below it, Change Password asks for your Current password and then the new one twice, with a minimum of 8 characters.

Your avatar menu also carries the interface language switch, Français, and the theme switch, Dark mode or Light mode. The interface language does not decide the language Clarido writes in, which follows the proposal's own language.

Members and invitations

The Members section lists who has access, with each person's Role and joining date. An Admin manages members and invitations; a Member works on proposals.

Invite asks for an Email address and a Role, then sends the link by email. The invitation stays valid for seven days and appears under Pending invitations, where you can Resend or cancel it. The invited person lands on a page named after your organization, where they choose Create account, or Sign in if they already have a Clarido account.

On a member, an admin can Promote to admin, Demote to member or Remove. The last administrator can be neither demoted nor removed, so an organization is never left with nobody in charge.

Members and pending invitations both count against your plan's seats.

An account created through self-service signup has to confirm its email address before Clarido will write anything. An invited person is confirmed by the invitation itself.

Notifications

Browser Notifications tells you when an RFP reading or a methodology generation finishes, even when the tab is in the background. Permission is requested the first time you start one, and Enable notifications asks again afterwards. If your browser blocks them, unblocking happens in its settings for this site.

Email Notifications offers a single notice, RFP extraction and methodology, covering finished runs whether they succeeded or failed.

Good to know

The Plan & Billing section shows your Current plan, its Status, the seats in use and, where it applies, when your trial ends. Manage billing opens the payment portal.

Set up integrations connects Clarido to your CRM. One connection per organization is enough, and everyone on the team benefits from it.

Source files you upload are deleted seven days after a proposal is closed, abandoned or deleted. What Clarido drew from them stays in your library. Generated Word and PowerPoint documents are deleted 90 days after they are produced.
