This is the first screen where your library comes into play. Clarido derives the client's expectations from the RFP, then goes looking through your past projects and CVs for the pieces that answer them, naming the gap each time.
What you see
If Clarido could not read everything, a This portrait is partial. warning comes first, with the button that runs the missing analysis.
Your positioning for this mandate opens on the client's expectations, filed under Expected by the client. Each card carries the expectation's name and, on the right, a Covered, Thin or None badge that shows its definition on hover. The RFP's own words follow in quotes, and their reference opens the original passage. Then come the pieces Clarido picked, ticked by default, and, when coverage is thin or absent, a line stating what that gap prevents you from claiming. Under some expectations, Something else you could use suggests a methodological asset from your library.
When the RFP carries a weighted evaluation grid, a card above the expectations does the count, for example "Points covered: 65 of 100 · to strengthen: 5 · at risk: 20 · outside the expectations: 10 (Price)". Hovering the Scope chip tells you what Clarido read, including projects set aside as too far from this mandate. If some CVs or projects have not been analysed yet, the card says so, since they stay out of the count. Each expectation also carries its points chip; hovering it lists the Grid criteria served.
Further down, Stand out proposes What you could put forward, strengths the RFP never asked for that your firm can back.
What you can do
Make the call. Keep unticks what doesn't serve, without removing anything from your library.
Matrix shows the expectations as rows and the selected pieces as columns, with the points each piece touches. Clicking a dot opens the RFP passage. Cards brings back the view where you tick and untick.
Under each expectation, Add a past proposal and Add a CV deposit something new, and Search your library links a piece you already have. It then shows as Attached by you and carries through to the Decision and the plan.
Regenerating re-derives the expectations and re-runs the matching, so your ticks have to be made again. If it fails, your previous positioning stays on screen.
What Clarido keeps
Your keep-or-untick choices are recorded on the proposal. They are the lasting link between a client expectation and the piece that answers it. Pieces you attached by hand survive a regeneration, under Pieces attached to an expectation that no longer exists if the expectation changed.
