PowerPoint Presentation

Plenty of RFPs end with a presentation to the committee. Clarido doesn't design your slides, but it hands you the content already written, without copy-pasting across three windows.

What it's for

The deck's design stays yours, in your template and your colours. What Clarido brings is the proposal's written, checked material, dropped straight into the shape you selected.

The Clarido pane inside PowerPoint

The pane opens from Microsoft PowerPoint once the Clarido add-in is installed. Opened anywhere else, it shows Open this pane from Microsoft PowerPoint.

The first time, Sign In to Clarido authenticates you with your usual account. Choose a Proposal then lists your proposals, and Bind This Presentation to This Proposal ties the file to the one you're preparing. The link is remembered inside the presentation, so you don't redo it every time you open the file. Change Proposal corrects it when needed.

Two blocks then appear. Team bios lists the members assigned to the proposal, and Proposal sections lists the sections already written. Select a text box on your slide, then hit Insert next to the item you want. With no text box selected, the pane tells you so rather than inserting somewhere at random.

A bio that hasn't been generated, or a section not yet written, is flagged as such — work to do in Clarido before you come back.

Going through an assistant

The other route starts from the proposal itself. The Export button opens Export the Service Offer, where the Text for an AI assistant format offers Create a PowerPoint with the assistant. Clarido then adds the instructions the assistant needs to build the deck from your offer.

Good to know

The pane inserts text into the selected shape. Layout, slide order and the flow of the presentation stay your work, in PowerPoint.
