Requirements

One consolidated list of everything the RFP asks for, grouped by theme and tied back to the exact wording in the source document.

The Requirements screen gathers everything the RFP and its annexes ask for into a single list. You open it from the Requirements chip in the context bar at the top of the proposal, and the count beside it tells you how many requirements Clarido found.

What you see

Three blocks group the categories. Project Context holds Dates and Deadlines, Evaluation Criteria, Contractual Terms and Red Flags / Disqualifying. Documents to Attach holds Administrative Documents, Compliance / Insurance and Format / Presentation. Content to Produce holds Team / Personnel, Methodological / Technical and Budget / Costs. Each block expands and collapses.

A requirement carries its reference (METH-001, for example), its text, and below the text the line Original citation: followed by the exact passage from the document. A badge shows where it came from — AO for the RFP, ADD for an addendum, ANNEX or DOC. A requirement superseded by an addendum stays in place, marked Replaced.

What you can do

Click a row to open the Source in Document panel. Clarido highlights the original passage, and Open Full Document takes you to the whole file.

The pencil corrects a requirement's wording, the trash icon sets it aside, and a discarded requirement stays visible so you can restore it. The handle on the left lets you drag it into another category. An addendum's information, sorted under For information in its review, also appears in the list and can be corrected or set aside like any other requirement.

If Clarido missed something, Add Requirement opens Add Missed Requirement, where you paste the passage from the document and describe what it asks for. Export Excel exports the whole list as a spreadsheet, leaving out discarded requirements.

What Clarido keeps

This list becomes the reference for the rest of the parcours. Methodological requirements feed the coverage check on the methodology plan, the others guide section drafting, and Review uses them to check your proposal for conformity. Nothing is invented, because every row stays attached to its citation.

Next step

Once the list looks right, carry on to Methodology and Proposal. To add an addendum or an annex, go to Documents.
